Payment

• All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• We accept online banking, eWallet, debit card and credit card payment via payment gateway.
• Once your order is confirmed you will be directed to the payment page. Please make payment promptly to secure your booking.

How to order

1. Open Services.
2. Choose the service package that fits your needs.
3. Send us an enquiry with your contact and billing details.
4. We confirm scope and send you a payment link. Once payment is received, your project is scheduled.

Service delivery

Scope: This website sells digital marketing and web development services only. No physical goods will be shipped.

Process: Work starts after requirements are confirmed and payment is received.

Turnaround: Typical delivery window is 30–60 business days per package unless otherwise specified on the service page.

Handover: Deliverables are provided via email or shared drive; a review call is available upon request.

Refund & cancellation

Before kickoff: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours after payment and before project kickoff (briefing and access provided).

After kickoff: As services are time-based and customised, payments are non-refundable. If you reschedule, we will agree on a new timeline in writing.

Quality: If deliverables deviate from the written scope, we will make one round of revisions at no extra charge within 7 days of delivery.
