Service Delivery Policy

PAYMENT

All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
We accept online banking, eWallet, debit card and credit card payment via payment gateway.
Upon check out, you will be directed to the payment gateway page. Please make payment immediately via the popup page to secure your order.

ORDER

Click on “Services”.
Choose a service and put into shopping cart.
Click [Checkout] and confirmed your contact, email and billing details.
Select Payment Method and proceed with payment and you are done! (wait for system confirmation).

SERVICE DELIVERY

Scope: This website sells digital marketing and web development services only. No physical goods will be shipped.
Process: Work starts after requirements are confirmed and payment is received.
Turnaround: Typical delivery window 30–60 business days per package unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Handover: Deliverables are provided via email or shared drive; a review call is available upon request

REFUND & CANCELLATION

Before kickoff: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours after payment and before project kickoff (briefing & access provided).
After kickoff: As services are time-based and customized, payments are non-refundable. If you reschedule, we will agree on a new timeline in writing.
Quality: If deliverables deviate from the written scope, we will make one round of revisions at no extra charge within 7 days of delivery.
